Leroo La Tau safari lodge in Botswana is located near the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, one of Botswana’s most diverse national parks, home to the second largest zebra migration in the world during the dry season. Leroo La Tau in Botswana offers a superb location on the western bank of the Boteti River, southeast of Maun, ensuring phenomenal views over the river and breathtaking sunrises from your safari suite. The eastern bank of the Boteti River forms the boundary of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park.

Leroo La Tau in the local language means ‘lions’ paw’, however the area offers an abundance of not only Lion, but also Zebra, Wildebeest, Chobe Bushbuck, Leopard, Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena, Impala, Kudu, Jackal, Porcupine, Genet and Caracal, to name but a few and there is also the possibility of seeing the rare white rhinoceros. Birding is also spectacular, from the rare wattled crane, to saddle billed storks, and a variety of vultures and other birds.
